Book an appointment with me and I will send you a detailed health questionnaire, including a seven day food diary for you to complete and return.

Following analysis of your current diet you will attend a consultation (1½ hours) to discuss,

• Your current health and nutritional status
• Personalised summary highlighting changes to your diet to improve
your health and well being or support weight loss
• Goals and targets for modifying your own eating patterns

You will leave with a written report that summarises your personal nutrition and health goals to include a tailored dietary program including meal suggestions and recipes.

During the six week plan you will be introduced in detail to the importance of eating 'real food', the role of protein, fats and carbohydrates in the diet, the value of proper hydration and why it is important to enjoy the physical activity you choose to undertake.

The will be two 30 minutes follow up appointments, one at three weeks and a final review after six to assess progress. Should you have any questions, we are available at the end of the phone anytime to provide support and guidance.

Alison is a Registered Nutritionist with a first class Honours Degree In Human Nutrition. All advice is based on scientific evidence.
