Frozen Berry Smoothie

For an easy way to increase your fruit intake, try making your own smoothies at home.

At The Food Clinic we use pedal power to blend out delicious smoothies but you can use your blender or liquidiser at home.

Take a handful of frozen mixed berries, a small pot of fruit yogurt and 300ml of fruit juice.

Blend or pedal until smooth! Serve immediately..........and enjoy!
